Location: McCordsville

Join a patient-focused dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).Responsibilities Include

Performing dental hygiene procedures such as prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, root planing, and radiographs
Educating patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Assessing and documenting oral health conditions
Collaborating with the dentist and clinical team to develop treatment plans
Maintaining accurate records and clinical documentation
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
Providing a positive and comfortable patient experience

Qualifications Include

Current RDH license
Local anesthesia certification preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
Positive attitude and teamwork abilities
