Role Overview
A Dental Hygienist provides preventive dental care, educates patients on oral health, and collaborates with the dental team to deliver quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Perform dental hygiene procedures, screenings, and medical history documentation.
- Educate patients on oral health and promote lifelong dental habits.
- Utilize digital tools such as x-rays and scanners to enhance patient care.
- Maintain a respectful, patient-focused environment.
- Licensed in IN with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
- Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and patient screening.
- CPR certification required.
- Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists.
- Strong communication, team-oriented mindset, and a desire for ongoing learning.
- Ability to perform essential duties, including sitting, standing, and lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for training sessions and adherence to safety protocols.
- Must complete TB testing prior to employment.
