Dental Hygienist

Role: A licensed Dental Hygienist responsible for providing preventive dental care, patient education, and supporting clinical workflows in a newly opening, state-of-the-art dental practice.

• Deliver high-quality patient-centered hygiene services, including screenings and education
• Assist in building a positive office culture and team collaboration
• Utilize modern dental equipment and digital systems
• Contribute to patient care planning and preventive strategies
• Maintain clinical standards and documentation

• Current dental hygienist license in IN, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene
• Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification
• Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists; familiarity with digital x-rays, scanners, and electronic records is preferred
• Positive, team-oriented mindset, adaptable to change and growth

• Ability to perform essential duties, including lifting up to 45 pounds and prolonged sitting/standing
• Availability for periodic training sessions
• TB test required prior to employment (excluding certain states)
