Established in 1960, VPS Architecture is a certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) design firm with offices in Indianapolis and Evansville, Indiana. Our team serves the unique needs of each client with a collaborative approach to experiences and emotional connections to place. VPS practices all phases of architectural design, including concept, construction documentation and project administration. We consider the language of the site and location, the culture and aesthetic of the user, and the impact of the building on future development.

We are seeking an Interior Designer who brings both creative vision and technical care to every project. This role is well suited for someone early in their career or fresh out of college who already has hands on experience developing FF&E packages and supporting interior documentation.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with our architects and clients to create interiors that are functional, inspiring, and buildable. You will contribute to design concepts, develop finish palettes and material selections, produce interior drawings, and help carry ideas through from early design to construction. You will also assist with FF&E specifications, schedules, and coordination to ensure that each space is delivered with clarity and intent.

This position is based in our Indianapolis office, working on education focused projects throughout the region.
