HC Solutions Group is partnering with a well-established architecture and engineering consulting firm to identify a Registered Architect for its Indianapolis office. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a firm known for delivering practical, innovative, and highly coordinated design solutions across a diverse range of projects.

The Registered Architect will lead and contribute to architectural design efforts from concept through construction, working closely with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a professional with strong experience in architecture, particularly within commercial, healthcare, or industrial project environments, who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation and administration
  • Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate closely with internal MEP and engineering teams to deliver integrated project solutions
  • Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases
  • Ensure designs meet applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
  • Support permitting processes and regulatory coordination
  • Review project documents for quality, constructability, and coordination
  • Participate in project planning, scheduling, and delivery efforts
  • Contribute to creative, functional, and cost-effective design solutions
  • Mentor junior staff and support team development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Strong experience in architecture with a background in commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects
  • Registered Architect preferred; will consider candidates actively progressing toward licensure through completion of ARE exams
  • Proficiency with Revit and architectural production workflows
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary A&E environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
