As a Senior Architect in a flexible hybrid work environment, you will become a key member of our team, delivering award-winning architectural design, planning, and project management solutions for our clients. In this role, you will utilize Revit predominantly to design a variety of building types, ensuring that all design aspects are harmoniously integrated for client approval.

Your responsibilities will encompass researching and designing building projects, applying your expertise in architectural principles, construction processes, zoning regulations, and material usage. You'll also be instrumental in overseeing construction progress, ensuring it aligns with detailed design specifications while preparing quantitative data to facilitate accurate cost estimates.

• Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in architecture.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect (RA) certification is mandatory.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, rendering software, and Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in using Bluebeam.
• Strong familiarity with building code requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with proven leadership capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architectural and engineering teams.
• A willingness to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Project Management.
• Engagement in professional organizations.
• Master's Degree in Architecture.
