JR190016 Learning Experience Designer II
The Learning Experience Designer II is responsible for analyzing, designing, building, and implementing business-aligned, integrated learning solutions using a variety of techniques and tools.
LocationHybrid 1:
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance.

How you will make an impact- Collaborates with business partners on expected business outcomes.
- Participates in needs analysis and recommends effective learning solutions.
- Collaborates with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Uses all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.
- Actively maintains all content.
- Participates in quality review process.
- Participates in and contributes to Learning & Development sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill.
- Requires BA/BS in related field and minimum of 2 years training and development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Experience developing eLearning using Articulate, Camtasia, and/or Well Said.
- Ability to translate processes and system changes into training content.
- Strong instructional design knowledge (e.g., ADDIE).
- Experience partnering with operations, product, and solutions teams.
- Familiarity with Workday Learning or LMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle from intake through design, development, and delivery.
