Designer - Fire Sprinkler Systems - RSQ Fire Protection

Responsibilities

As Designer
, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with providing fire protection drawings, hydraulic calculations, and stock lists resulting in perfect project execution.

• Prepare accurate and detailed drawings with current software in accordance with applicable fire protection codes and company standards.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM modeling skills
• Perform material takeoffs and prepare stock lists for applicable project components.
• Coordinate with other trades through meetings and computer software to ensure efficient and cost-effective system installations.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with RSQ personnel, vendors, and clients.

• 3-5 years of Fire Protection design experience.
• Nicet Level III preferred but not required.
• Some college preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Revit. Auto CAD and BIM modeling experience a plus.
