Collaborate with clients to review construction documents, incorporate feedback, and make revisions as needed to meet project requirements and expectations.

Coordinate with the construction team to hand off finalized construction documents and provide ongoing design support throughout the build process.

Prepare and assist with documentation required for code approvals from state agencies across multiple states.

Assist with reviewing and interpreting shop drawings to confirm alignment with design documents and modular construction requirements.

Work closely with the drafting and engineering team to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting production schedules and quality expectations.

Visit the adjacent shop as needed to support construction teams, answer design questions, and verify that built components align with the design documents.

Run assigned projects from start to finish, maintaining familiarity with project details and ensuring continuity throughout the design and construction phases.

Essential Skills

Proficiency with Revit, including the ability to create and modify detailed 3D models and construction documents.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to manage project documentation and track information accurately.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external clients, and state agencies.

Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and translate them into modular construction documents.

Working knowledge of ICC Building Codes and the ability to apply them to ensure designs are accurate and compliant.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Comfort working on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects and adapting to different building materials, including wood, steel, and concrete block.
