Developios is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead product design across our SaaS and web app builds. You'll own the design process end to end, from research and strategy through high‑fidelity Figma and design‑system thinking. Expect cross‑functional work with engineers, product leads, and founders on real launches that ship.
Requirements- 4+ years designing SaaS products, web apps, or complex digital experiences.
- Fluent in Figma. Comfortable with design systems, components, and variants.
- Strong portfolio of shipped products (not just concepts).
- UX research literacy. Comfortable running user interviews and translating findings.
- Engineering‑aware. You design with edge cases, real states, and dev handoff in mind.
- Clear communicator. Can present design rationale to non‑designers without jargon.
- Bonus: experience with AI tools (v0, Cursor, Figma AI) as part of your design workflow.
- Bonus: experience designing for Webflow, Next.js, or Shopify environments.
