Custom Upholstery Specialist

Every iconic piece of furniture starts as a bold idea. We need the artist who can translate that abstract concept into the tangible, perfect lines of custom seating. Our Seating Division is seeking aCustom Upholstery Specialist dedicated to specials and custom products.

You are the crucial bridge between engineering blueprints and beautiful textile architecture. In this role, you will manipulate fabric, contour, and form to bring custom upholstery projects to life. You will collaborate daily with our master sewing and upholstery artisan teams to ensure an absolute, flawless fit.

• Translate Concepts:
  Develop and modify patterns for special, high-end, and customized seating products from raw engineering specs.
• Sculpt the Fit:
  Create, adjust, and grade patterns to maximize comfort, performance, and visual appeal across diverse product lines.
• Collaborate in Craft:
  Work hand-in-hand with sewing production teams to ensure your designs are seamlessly constructible.
• Digital Mastery:
  Utilize advanced computer-aided pattern-making software to draft precise, production-ready documentation.
• Perfect the Prototype:
  Run hands-on fit sessions and analyze production samples to refine contours before final creation.
