CSOis currently seeking an experienced Project Architect/Manager, witha primary focus in Corporate projects ,requiring extensive engineering coordination. CSO is aresults-driven firm and is seeking a talented, energetic anddriven individual focused on advancing their career. Corporate projects include, but not limited to:
Workplace, healthcare, manufacturing/logistics, community, hospitality, housing/mixed use, airport and more.

The Project Architect/Manager will have the ability to manage project sand project teams and produce documents through all project phases,as well as experience managing clients and coordination with consultants.

• Licensed Architect preferred
• Minimum6-10 years of experience managing commercialprojects
• Strong design and graphic skills, exceptional knowledge of space programming, contract documents, detailing,specifications, team production management and contract administration
• Abilityto communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and inwriting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and associates
• Strong computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office), as required to manage project teams
