• Provides construction, design, and consultation for a broad range of public and private sector clients

• Work with the Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit
• Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
• Review design documents and construction estimates
• Assist in coordinating with engineering consultants and in coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
• Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

• 1+ year of architectural experience
• Degree in Architecture preferred
• Experienced in using Revit
• Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
• Ability to problem‑solve individually and as part of a team
• Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats

• $50,000 to $80,000 base compensation (depending on experience)
