• Work closely with clients to learn their objectives, budget, and specific design requirements for their project
• Shape cost‑effective, community‑centered solutions with experienced staff review and input
• Produce Revit‑based construction documents which clearly outline the scope of work and dig into the details
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and construction professionals
• Ensure code compliance from local and state‑wide jurisdictions
• Conduct site observations to ensure adherence to the construction documents.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5-8 years of professional, related experience
• Proficiency in Revit Strong oral and written communication skills
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
