High Level is hiring a Lead Product Designer (P4) to elevate product experiences with craft, systems thinking and influence. You’ll partner with product and engineering, mentor other designers and shape design direction across defined pillars.
We expect 7+ years in product design, 2+ in leadership, and a portfolio showcasing impact. Experience with AI-enabled interfaces and design systems is highly valued. This is a remote role with collaboration across time zones.
