Project Architect

As a project architect you’ll work on a diverse mix of project types and will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to discover visions and implement goals. You’ll do so alongside a collaborative design team leading projects through all phases of due diligence/assessments, design, approvals and permitting, construction administration, and closeout. You will be engaged in a variety of project types and complexities requiring skills in project management and architectural document delivery.

• Proficient with Revit and Adobe Suite
• Sketchup proficiency is preferred
• Are able to plan and detail exterior and interior components of various types of construction
• Are comfortable working in initial conceptual stages as well as the nitty gritty of a project
• Are well versed in visualization tools and able to communicate designs three-dimensionally with a variety of tools and software platforms
• Have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in architecture
• Hold an architectural license in Indiana or state of residence
