Part-Time Family Medicine Physician

Overview

Staff Med Health Partners has partnered with an employer-sponsored health clinic in Indianapolis, Indiana to recruit a Part-Time Family Medicine Physician (20 hours/week). This outpatient-only role offers a consistent weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and a focus on preventive, high-quality care.

• Part-time schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Outpatient-only practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• No traditional call; stat lab coverage only
• On-site lab services and dispensary
• Collaborative care model with APPs, MA, and behavioral health support
• Predictable workflow in a well-established clinic environment

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine with primary care focus)
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred
• Patient mix primarily adult with limited pediatrics (age 3+)
• Scope includes annual and pre-employment physicals, acute visits, chronic disease management, and minor procedures
• Comfortable practicing in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• High patient engagement and long-standing employer partnership
