Outpatient and Inpatient | On-Site Only Join one of Indiana???s leading cancer care programs as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician in Indiana. Weekday: 1 provider on-call daily Weekend/Holiday: 1:4 rotation Anticipated Volume:
Outpatient:
Gradual ramp-up to 21 patients/day within 2 years Inpatient: ~3 patients/day Scope of Practice:
Breast, colon, lung, prostate, rectal, gynecologic, head and neck cancers, and benign/malignant hematologic disorders Ideal Candidate Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Thrives in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary care environment Eager to engage with the community and build long-term patient relationships

Required Qualifications MD or DO degree Valid Indiana Physician License (or eligibility) at time of hire Board Certified in Medical Oncology;
