Psychiatrist – Skilled Nursing Facility (Full-Time)
📍 Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $210,000 – $275,000 annually + bonus opportunities
About the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to provide high-quality behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities across Indianapolis. This role focuses on geriatric and post-acute psychiatry, with strong interdisciplinary team support and opportunities for meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do- Conduct evaluations and provide ongoing psychiatric care for SNF residents
- Manage medication and treatment plans for behavioral health conditions
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and administrators
- Participate in care team meetings and treatment planning
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active (or eligible) Indiana medical license
- Experience in geriatric psychiatry or SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive salary: $210K – $275K annually
