Exciting Leadership Opportunity for Urgent Care Medical Director in Northern Indiana We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Urgent Care Medical Director to lead our expanding practices in Northern Indiana, near DUNKIRK, IN. With a current presence in six locations, our urgent care facilities not only cater to general urgent care needs but also collaborate with numerous local companies to address their business health and occupational health requirements.

Nestled in a family-friendly area with a low cost of living, beautiful lakes, vibrant neighborhoods, and a perfect blend of big city amenities and small-town charm, this region provides an ideal setting for personal and professional growth. We are in search of an MD/DO with strong customer service skills, ideally someone with prior directorial experience or a practicing provider eager to transition into a leadership role.

This opportunity arises due to the retirement of our current medical director. Preferred qualifications for this role include DOT certification and MRO certification, although we are willing to assist in obtaining these credentials. While experience in occupational medicine is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. We seek a physician with leadership abilities, capable of fostering a collaborative work environment, motivating employees, and adeptly handling any issues that may arise.

The incoming Medical Director will have the opportunity to utilize both clinical skills and business expertise in a role that ideally comprises a 30% administrative and 70% clinical/oversight mix. This balance allows for continued engagement in patient care while contributing to the strategic leadership of our urgent care services.
