Key Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree required
• Active medical license in the state of Indiana
• Board certified/board eligible in emergency medicine (EM), internal medicine (IM), or family medicine (FM) with emergency care experience (ABEM, ABFP, ABIM, or AOBEM)
