Position: Pediatric Endocrinologist - top 15 nationally ranked program
Location: Indianapolis

Responsibilities

The nationally ranked Riley Hospital for Children is seeking a patient-focused Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our multidisciplinary Pediatric Endocrinology division, a leader in the state for diabetes management and endocrine care. Our diabetes and endocrinology program is consistently ranked in the top 15 nationally by U.S. News & World Report.

Responsibilities will consist of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents at Riley Hospital, Methodist Hospital, IU North in Carmel, and potential outreach locations.

Strong work/life balance supported by sharing of in‑patient call equally among all physicians, with call expectations of approximately 4 weeks per year.

Close collaboration with medical treatment teams including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, certified diabetes care and education specialists.

Faculty appointment with the IU School of Medicine with abundant clinical supervision and research opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate will have pediatric endocrine or diabetes experience.
  • Successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be open to new ideas and opportunities and focus on the Indiana University Health values (purpose, compassion, excellence, team).
  • Fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology & Diabetology required.
  • Eligible for licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • New graduates or experienced providers encouraged to apply.
