Indiana University Health and Indiana University School of Medicine are seeking a patient-focused Benign Hematologist to join our clinical practice in the Indianapolis area.

  • Full-time employment opportunity for adult, classical hematology patients
  • 100% clinical, with the opportunity to work alongside medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Monday - Friday, 12 weekends of call annually
  • Practice locations include IU Simon Cancer Center, the only NCI-designated cancer center in Indiana.
  • Academic faculty appointment with IU School of Medicine

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent judgement in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan

Minimum job requirements

  • Must be BE/BC in Hematology
  • Indiana medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Open to practicing physicians, as well as current fellows
  • Visa sponsorship is available
