Healthcare United is actively seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our expanding family medicine practice at our established Healthcare System near Otterbein, IN. The successful candidate will become a vital part of a thriving practice, working alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and an experienced support staff.

Opportunity Details:

• Practice
  
  Hours:
  
  Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.
  
  -5:30 p.m.
• Flexible
  
  Schedule:
  
  No weekends or holidays
• Average Outpatient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Shared Call: 1:4 with Nurse Triage System
• Physician Oversight:
  Provide oversight to 1 NP
• Telehealth Offered:
  On-site lab
• COMMON DIAGNOSES:
  Child and adult wellness visits Back pain Endocrinology issues Hypertension Heart failure
