Axia Women’s Health – Indianapolis – South is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN Associate Physician. This is an outstanding opportunity with a strong work‑life balance and an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

Pay or shift range: $300,000 – $450,000 USD annual salary, based on experience (BOE). The estimated range reflects budgeted amounts; final offers are based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

• Two office locations:
  Indianapolis and Greenwood
• Strong work‑life balance with shared call coverage and OB Laborist/CNM coverage
• One call shift per week (8am–6pm or 6pm–8am); additional pay for call coverage
