Outstanding outpatient Geriatric Physician opportunity serving Veterans in Indianapolis, IN

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (1A facility) is actively seeking a full‑time Geriatric physician to join our team in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. . The selected candidate will be considered for a faculty appointment at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

• Outpatient Geriatric consultation
• Typical shift M‑F, 8:00am‑4:30pm, no call!
• Quality focused—average new consults 1‑2 per clinic and 3‑4 follow‑up patients per half day of clinic.
• Primarily Indianapolis location; approximately one day per week will be at a different outpatient location (Lafayette, Edinburgh, Brownsburg, Bloomington or Terre Haute)
• Opportunities for faculty appointment and to teach residents/fellows
• Up to $200K in loan repayment opportunity available

• MD or DO degree
• BE/BC in Geriatrics
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA

CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full‑time with board certification)
