This facility is looking for a Gynecologic
- Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• M-F 8a-4p, 2 clinic days , 3 Operating Room (OR) days / Rotating weekend coverage, Alternating weekday and weekend call
• Will perform procedures within the clinic
• Common Diagnosis and Procedures:
  Ovarian Cancer, Endometrial Cancer, Uterine Cancer, Cervical Cancer, Vaginal Tumors, Uterine Fibroids, Cancer Genetic Counseling, and Outpatient Laboratory Testing.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Board Certification
• Fellowship in an accredited program
• Active Indiana license
• Active Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
