Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology & Imaging Sciences, Cardiothoracic – Indiana University School of Medicine (Position Summary). The department invites applications for a fellowship‑trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high‑performing department that values clinical excellence, education, and research, with both on‑site and remote reading options.
Compensation & Benefits- Total compensation (salary + benefits) beginning at approximately $620,000 for assistant professor, with ample opportunities for supplemental income.

- Provide high‑quality clinical interpretation of chest radiography, chest CT, lung cancer screening exams, coronary CTA, and cardiac MRI.

- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Contribute to growth of the lung cancer screening program, including the mobile CT unit serving communities across Indiana.
- Collaborate with partners in lung transplant, interstitial lung disease, cardio‑oncology, heart failure, and cardiovascular genetics.
- Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, and faculty development opportunities aligned with the department’s four missions—clinical, research, education, and culture.
- MD or DO degree.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible by the American Board of Radiology.
- Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Radiology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
