Job Requirements Licenses:
Active Indiana Medical License or IMLC Board:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (Board certification required within 5 years of residency) DEA:
Active DEA (if applicable)
Certifications:
BLS Required, ACLS Required only if requesting conscious sedation privileges
Experience:
Oncology experience Case logs required Other
Qualifications:
Flu vaccination required (or approved medical/religious exemption) COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved medical/religious exemption) Must enter work hours in the Vemsta platform Must complete order entry as the locum provider Duties & Responsibilities Provide inpatient oncology care Evaluate and manage oncology patients during scheduled clinical hours Participate in night and weekend telephone call rotation Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and provide physician support as needed Travel to outreach clinic locations in Winchester and Hagerstown for scheduled coverage Provider must be able to provide 3+ weeks (preferably 4 weeks) coverage in a month
