Location: Indianapolis
Position Highlights
- Standard weekday schedule with home call and weekend coverage shared amongst team
- Variety and diverse patient population both inpatient and outpatient; conditions include brain and spinal cord injuries, trauma, amputation, neuromuscular disorders, severe burns, stroke, and rhizotomy/Baclofen pump placement; procedures include but not limited to Botox and phenol injections, Intrathecal baclofen pump refills
- Faculty appointment with the Indiana University School of Medicine provides opportunities for scholarly work, clinical education, professional growth and collaboration in a rich academic environment
- Comprehensive benefits package including group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, PTO, relocation assistance and occurrence-based malpractice insurance coverage starting the first day of employment

- Successful candidate will display prioritization of teamwork and collaboration, empathy, compassion, initiative and problem‑solving skills
- Completion of PM&R residency and Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine fellowship
- BE/BC PM&R, pediatric PM&R preferred
- New graduates or experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
- Physician MD/DO licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure
