Weekdays, 8a-5p (32 hours/week)
- A dedicated, compassionate interdisciplinary team

- Mature program with well‑developed partnerships with our multiple specialist colleagues
- Growth opportunity primarily supporting oncology patients within our MD Anderson‑affiliated Cancer Center(s)
- Community’s Palliative Care program: the most comprehensive of its kind in Indiana
- Well‑integrated with our own internal hospice team that provides compassionate, coordinated continuum of care to our network patients and families
BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
