Locum Jobs Online is working with Wellhart, LLC to find a qualified Anesthesiology CRNA in Evansville, Indiana, 47710.
We are seeking an Anesthetist for a 120-day assignment in Indiana, commencing Jul 6, 2026. The role offers 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts and involves a high volume of GI, Ortho, Neuro, General, Trauma, Uro, Respiratory, CT, EP, and Cardioversions cases, operating within a medically supervised care model, with no OB or Open Heart cases required.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle a high volume of cases including GI, Ortho, Neuro, General, Trauma, Uro, Respiratory, CT, EP, and Cardioversions.
- Participate in a medically supervised care model where an Anesthesiologist supervises up to five Anesthetists.
- Be assigned to a specific column daily, with minimal travel between campuses unless emergency or urgent need arises.
- Work 8-hour shifts primarily for GI coverage or 12-hour shifts primarily for OR coverage.
- Anesthetists are supported in all regional and general anesthesia by the supervising anesthesiologist.
- Low pediatric volume, limited to relatively healthy pediatric patients.
- Perform procedures such as Laparoscopic General Surgery, bariatric, whipped procedure, fundoplication, para esophageal hernia, Robotic nephrectomy, prostatectomy, general urology, Endo AAA, Open AAA, general vascular procedures, Craniotomy, stereotactic neuro, and various trauma Ortho cases.
- No OB or Open Heart cases required.
- No structural cases unless MD only.
- Medication management utilizing Omnicell and Pyxis systems.
