Description:
100% focus on pediatric radiology.
Level 1 trauma center.
Fluoroscopy cases may include one upper GI, one upper GI series and small bowel follow-through, one enema, and one VCUG.It is rare to have more than two of these studies on the same day.
Occasionally, only one study may be scheduled.
Four to five video swallow speech studies are performed, with a physician assistant conducting at least two of them except on Wednesdays when they are off.
Physician must be able to perform all pediatric procedures.
Volume expectation is a minimum of 40 RVUs per shift.
