Position Highlights
  • Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings.
  • Develop long-term relationships with patients and families.
  • Collaborate with specialists and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record.

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
  • DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
