A thriving, nonprofit healthcare system is seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist physician to work in Indianapolis, IN, less than three hours from downtown Chicago.
About the GroupThe group is multispecialty, with primary care (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine) and specialty physician groups including Endocrinology, Cardiology, Psychiatry, OB/GYN, Urgent Care, Infectious Disease, Urology, Palliative Care, Critical Care, and Hospitalists. It has over 1,100 MD/DOs and APPs, 12 hospitals, and 240+ locations, many recognized as Centers of Health Care Excellence.

- Monday–Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
- 4½‑day work week with 36 patient‑contact hours and 4 administrative hours each week
- Call consists of a 2‑week rotation with rotating holidays; call 1: 18–20 patients per day
- Dedicated MA support; one MA for prior authorizations
- Opportunity for outreach to Central Indiana locations
- Strong primary care referral base—over 150 new patient referrals monthly
- Strong collaboration with Pulmonology & Nephrology

- Indiana Medical License or license in progress
