ICF is seeking experienced Title IV-E Peer Reviewers to conduct onsite reviews for the Children’s Bureau. The role uses the Title IV-E Foster Care Eligibility Review Instrument to assess IV-E eligibility and ensure compliance for foster care payments.
This is an Independent Consultant opportunity requiring travel to week-long onsite reviews Sunday to Friday. Candidates must be available for all review activities; contract awards determine availability.
