Wood Memorial Middle School is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Biology/STEM teacher to join our team for the  school year! We are a student-centered school committed to academic excellence, fostering curiosity, and preparing students for success.

* Inspire and challenge students with engaging, rigorous instruction in math and science.

* Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged.

* Use data-driven teaching strategies to differentiate instruction and meet diverse learning needs.

* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and integrate STEM-based learning experiences.

* Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love for learning in a hands-on, inquiry-based classroom.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, or a related field.

* Valid IN Teaching License (REPA Life Sciences 5-12; Rules 46-47 Biology 9-12; Bulletin 400 Biology 7-12)

* Experience with project-based learning and technology integration is a plus.
