A school district in Indiana seeks a dedicated Special Education Assistant to support students with special needs in a Comprehensive Intervention Program. Responsibilities include supervising students during various activities, assisting with personal hygiene, and implementing instructional programs as directed. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, a willingness to work closely with special needs children, and effective interpersonal skills.
This position offers a pay rate of $15.75 per hour plus additional differentials and is scheduled between 6.5 and 7.5 hours daily for 182 days a year.
