Notre Dame Elementary School Notre Dame Elementary School is seeking a passionate preschool teacher to join our team for the  school year.

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with state early childhood standards and Catholic values
• Create a safe, nurturing, and faith-filled classroom environment
• Integrate age-appropriate religious instruction, prayer, and Catholic traditions into daily activities
• Support students’ spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical development
• Use positive classroom management strategies consistent with Catholic teachings
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration
• Participate in school liturgies, events, and professional development opportunities

• Valid state teaching certification in Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Practicing Catholic preferred, willing to support the mission of Catholic education
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
