The Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing before/after school and summer programs that support The Oaks Academy's mission and student experience. This role ensures programs are engaging, well-run, and accessible to students across all grade levels while coordinating communication between staff, program leaders, students, and families. This is a 12-month, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate clubs.
- Recruit, onboard, and support program leaders (staff and/or external partners).
- Communicate program offerings, schedules, and expectations to families and staff.
- Manage student enrollment, attendance, and waitlists.
- Maintain inventory and purchasing of program supplies.
- Ensure clubs align with school values, policies, and safety expectations.
- Gather feedback and evaluate program effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Plan and facilitate summer camp programs.
- Collaborate with other Oaks Plus coordinators.
- Maintain relationships with external partners.

Requirements
- Experience working with children in an educational or enrichment setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Digital competencies, including common software and online tools
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Experience coordinating programs
- Passion for student enrichment and whole-child development
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
