WES - 6th Grade Teacher

Location: Walkerton

Walkerton Elementary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to teach 6th grade beginning for the  school year.

An ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching mathematics.

Qualifications:

* Valid Indiana Teaching License

* Emergency permit may be considered in special circumstances

Job Description:

* Plan curriculum and instruction based on Indiana State Standards and local goals.

* Instruct through best practices with an emphasis on differentiation, engagement, and technology.

* Evaluate student performance with both formative and summative assessments.

* Use data to guide classroom decisions.
