* Applicants must have at least a CDA or higher ECE degree to qualify.

• Plan and facilitate developmentally-appropriate individual and group lesson plans powered by Creative Curriculum structured by our Theory of Teaching and Learning (ToTaL)
• Collaboratively with Classroom Support Professionals to bring your lesson plans to life through engaging and inclusive play based learning approaches
• Complete child development observations via Teaching Strategies
• Establish warm and responsive relationships that allow each child to feel recognized, acknowledged and secure
• Maintain a healthy, safe and clean environment and ensure all state licensing rules and regulations are adhered to
• Develop trusted relationships with families by communicating on a regular and ongoing basis to relay information about each child's day

• A passion for early childhood education and knowledge of developmental best practices
• Be adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the children and center
• Be able to build and nurture relationships with children and adults
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher preferred
  • Child Development Associates (CDA) or equivalent required
• 1+ years of experience leading an early childhood classroom preferred
  • 2+ years of working with young children required

Our centers are open year round Monday-Friday. Full-time positions are nine hour shifts with a one hour lunch break.
