Qualifications:

• Preferred prior experience with a student information/management system
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with employees with different knowledge and skill sets (beginners to advanced)

Responsibilities:

• Available for some after school/evening training, and/or collaborating sessions.
• Prepares for, leads, and participates in training staff at building level.
• Large and small group instruction.
• One-on-one coaching.
• Train all types of employee groups such as teachers, counselors, and classified staff.
• Assists teachers in all Power School components.
• Facilitates communication between the school and the district.
• Facilitates communication within the school to problem-solve issues.
• Models effective training strategies and knowledge of best practice.
• Other duties as assigned by Administration.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
