• Conduct psycho educational assessments as needed
• Consult and collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and student intervention plans
• Provide crisis intervention, if necessary, and contribute to effective behavioral strategies
• Help foster a supportive, inclusive school climate for all students
