eph School, we provide a nurturing, faith-filled environment where our youngest students begin their journey of discovery and discipleship. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pre‑K Teacher Aide to join our team in supporting the growth of our preschoolers.

The Teacher Aide works closely with the Classroom Teacher to foster a safe, joyful, and organized learning environment. This is a part‑time role (up to 29 hours per week) perfect for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a difference in a Catholic educational setting.

• Instructional Support: Partner with the lead teacher to facilitate lessons and lead small group activities that spark curiosity and foundational skills.
• Student Care & Safety: Supervise children with vigilance and care in the classroom, cafeteria, and on the playground, ensuring their well‑being at all times.
• Classroom Stewardship: Assist in the preparation of materials and help maintain an orderly, welcoming environment in the classroom and play areas.
• School Community: Participate in field trips, attend staff meetings, and engage in professional development/trainings throughout the school year.
• Faithful Service: Adhere to all state regulations and the "School and Staff Policies for St. Joseph School and Preschool."

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Physicality: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Certifications: Must be willing to acquire CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Character: A positive attitude, a heart for service, and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education.

Monday – Friday (Not to exceed 30 hours/week).
