We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Nails Teacher for our day program. This role is essential in educating our students about nail technology, including essential techniques, health standards, and the latest trends in nail care. You will work in a vibrant classroom, empowering students with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful career in the beauty industry.

• Develop and deliver effective lesson plans that cover both theoretical concepts and hands‑on skills related to nail technology
• Conduct engaging demonstrations and practical exercises to facilitate learning
• Assess student performance and provide feedback to guide their development
• Foster a supportive and creative classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Stay informed on current trends and methods in nail technology to ensure curriculum relevance
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and school policies

• Valid Cosmetology License in the state of Indiana
• Valid Beauty of Culture Educator License in the state of Indiana
• Proven experience in nail care with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience in a beauty‑related field is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student growth and success
• Ability to engage students and promote a positive learning environment
• Availability for a daytime schedule, Monday through Friday

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
