Job Description

Located within the School of Architecture, this position’s primary focus is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the academic operations of the School’s three graduate degree programs.

The successful candidate will serve as a visibly identifiable, primary point of contact for both current and prospective graduate students. Furthermore, this role provides direct support to faculty and students in the logistical planning of studio travel (including group domestic and international travel), as well as coordinating complex travel logistics for jury critics invited to review student work on campus.

  • Summer Program Management: Manage the School's high school Career Discovery Program for two weeks during the summer, working closely and collaboratively with the faculty lead, teaching assistants, and program participants.

  • Student Communications: Prepare and distribute general academic-related communications to the School’s student body.
