English Language Teacher in Indianapolis

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an English Language Teacher to provide in-person lessons to our client.

  Tuesday, Wednesday 4 pm‑8 pm and Saturday, Sunday 8 am‑12 pm

• Lesson Frequency: 1 x a week; 1‑Hour lesson
• Current Target Language Level: Spanish, English (advanced)
• Language Spoken at Home:
  Advanced

Student’s Language Needs and Goals:
She would like her lessons to focus on Business language and communication and improve vocabulary and accent. The lessons should touch on the following:

• Building vocabulary
• Pronunciation and local accents
• Presentation tips
• Business culture

Additional information:
Her interests include reading, cinema, travelling, learning about new cultures.

• Design structured business-focused English lessons
• Focus on vocabulary building, pronunciation, and accent improvement
• Incorporate presentation skills and professional communication practice
• Introduce cultural insights relevant to professional environments
• Adapt lessons to the student’s interests and business goals

• Native or near‑native proficiency in English
• Degree in education, TESOL, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching adult learners
• Experience teaching Business English is strongly preferred
• Ability to deliver engaging, structured, and goal‑focused lessons
