Are you passionate about designing experiences that connect and inspire? Mendoza College of Business is looking for a creative and strategic Assistant Director of Prospective Student Engagement to shape the way prospective students interact with our graduate programs.
In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of in-person recruitment events, working closely with recruiters, faculty, and campus partners to create meaningful touchpoints for applicants. From large-scale events like Welcome Weekend to personalized campus visits, you'll ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Using Slate CRM, you'll analyze trends, optimize event strategies, and manage communications to enhance engagement and drive enrollment. You'll also collaborate with marketing and external partners to expand event reach. Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following):
- Strategize and execute in-person recruitment initiatives:
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of a comprehensive calendar of engagement opportunities, including large-scale events like Welcome Weekend and personalized daily campus visits to attract and connect with prospective graduate students. - Optimize engagement through CRM management:
Utilize Slate CRM to analyze data trends, monitor attendance and engagement, and review post-event surveys. Use these insights to continuously refine event strategies, timing, and content for higher application conversion and yield. - Develop and implement strategic communication plans:
Design and manage targeted communication flows within Slate CRM for all prospective student interactions, encompassing pre-engagement messaging to boost attendance and post-engagement follow-up to encourage application submission and sustained interest. - Secure and brief presenters and content contributors:
Identify, recruit, and prepare faculty, current students, alumni, and other stakeholders to serve as presenters and content providers for all recruitment initiatives, ensuring compelling and informative experiences. - Collaborate to expand outreach and impact:
Partner with the Mendoza marketing team and external organizations to broaden the reach and visibility of recruitment efforts, increasing the pool of prospective students. - Manage promotional resources and inventory:
Oversee the inventory, ordering, and distribution of promotional materials for the graduate enrollment team, ensuring consistent branding and effective use in all engagement activities.

Compensation:
Starting at $60,000, commensurate with experience.
