Daycare Lead Teaching

Lead Teaching Position

Little Zebbie Daycare is currently accepting applications for a lead teaching position in our Three-year-old classroom. We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a desire to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children's progress and development.
• Follow all licensing regulations and program policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Early Childhood Education coursework, CDA, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Must meet all state licensing requirements for childcare staff.
